Over 18 years practical experience in all aspects of design and development for print, screen, and environmental technologies. Background in high end photo illustration, animation, and multimedia design includes commissions for many of San Francisco's major firms, including Intel, Landor Associates, Macromedia, IDEO, and Apple Computer.

Ogilvy One: 

Verge

Photography

Verge is a conference put on by Ogilvy One. It was designed to bring together executives from marketing agencies and advertising firms for a day of idea sharing. I was contracted as an event photographer to cover the events of the day. One unique feature of the project was uploading the photos to projection screens throughout the day so that people could relive the day in real time.

Intuit: 

Property Manager Software

Experiment

Intuit was developing a series of new softwares which it needed to beta test with clients. They had decided to use flash as a quick prototyping tool to test the designs in front of a focus group. This is the flash-based prototype.

IDEO: 

New Years 2005 Holiday Site

Flash, Website

IDEO wanted to produce a companywide Christmas card that all of its several hundred employees could contribute to along with the recipients. The premise of the card was that people could make their own snowflake. Once they had made their snowflake they could also add a wish for the New Year, and then add it to the collection. During the days leading up to Christmas more than 1000 people contributed their wishes to this Christmas card.

SafariU Demo

Design, Flash, Website

Safari U is an online education source for teachers that allow them to create online courses for their students. I designed, animated, and developed this interactive demo. This was a Flash-based animation mixed with sound and basic interactivity.

GilmourCraves: 

Panoptx Website

Flash, Website

Pinot makes specialty glasses for motorcycle and outdoor sports enthusiasts. Their glasses block the excess winds that generate with high motion activity. I developed the interactive portions of the website that allowed users to browse various sunglasses. This is a Flash-based animation and interactive piece.

Odopod: 

Nike Skateboarding

Odopod was creating the flagship website for Nike. The site was meant to be a showcase of skills as well as to be a cutting-edge website. I created the media viewer section as well as various other animation portions of the site. The site went on to win many awards. This is a flash-based website which exploited the latest potentials of action script.

Luna Bar: 

Lunafest Trailer

Motion Graphics, Video

LunaFest is a women’s only film festival that travels around the US. This trailer was played at the beginning of each of the film festivals as an introduction to what the festival was about. I worked closely with the production director to edit the film, design, and animate the motion graphics, and to compile the final piece for DVD. This was an after-effects-developed, broadcast quality motion graphics animation

Intel Zephyros

Intel was releasing a pair of new products and needed an interactive presentation tool. This was a flash-based presentation that included video, photography, sound, and interactive bullet points. The presentation describes the use of the products in six different countries around the world.

Audiofeast: 

OEM Product Demo

AudioFeast was a company that produced subscribable content for MP3 users. They needed a collection of tradeshow materials including this demo interactive animation, which was burned to a series of USB drives and given out to prospective clients. This is a flash-based demo with many interactive controls for sound, navigation, and animation.
